The changes to the Interdiction computers still plague the defense of the Empire. I was however able to get most of what I needed to keep my Rating 5 this week, and hope to complete this task tomorrow. It's likely that after this cycle I will no longer continue with Powerplay at Rating 5, but look to Rating 4 as a good supply of extra credits while I find more lucrative avenues to make my primary funding.
