Guerrieri del Casato Stukov. La fazione "Darkwater Inc" nel sistema Summerland è stata dichiarata come obiettivo militare ostile, per i suoi crimini contro l'impero.. tra cui il rapimento dell'imperatrice Arissa Lavigny-Duval.

L'azienda militare privata nota appunto come Darkwater Inc, guidata dal colonnello Ronan l'accusastore Brock, fu segretamente assunta dai Signori della Restaurazione (Lords of Restoration) per addestrare ed equipaggiare la NMLA. Le truppe della Darkwater hanno tenuto l'imperatrice imprigionata in un bunker nascosto per oltre un anno.

Una volta che i loro piani sono stati scoperti, le forze della Darkwater si sono raggruppate attorno alla meganave Pearl Mandate e Il colonnello Brock ha condotto un tentativo di prendere il controllo di Summerland come misura difensiva. Ma lo stronzo non ha avuto successo. Loro e i mercenari che hanno collaborato con essi, ora sono stati bollati come criminali ricercati dalle autorità del sistema.

Avete l'ordine di giustiziare e distruggere qualsiasi nave, agente, mercante, mercenario... qualsiasi persona e/o cosa appartenga al nemico e/o si schiera con esso. L'ordine di colpire Darkwater è stato dichiarato direttamente dall'imperatrice Arissa:

"Esorto i miei leali servitori e tutti gli altri guerrieri d'onore a spazzare via questo nido di traditori. Ricordiamo le vittime innocenti che l'NMLA ha ucciso, punendo coloro che li hanno abilitati."

La fazione Imperiale che coordinerà gli attacchi contro i Darkwater, sarà il Partito del Patrono di Summerland (Summerland Patron’s Party), che si occuperà di coordinare gli attacchi, fornire armi, navi, materiale per il combattimento, truppe di supporto sia per le lotte spaziali che negli avamposti di terra, e la possibilità di utilizzare lo spazioporto di Henry O’Hare’s Hangar come base d'appoggio e centro nevralgico per le varie operazioni da compiere. La Koramund rimarrà stanziata nel vicino sistema di CD-40 395, e vi rimarrà fino a nuovo ordine.

Ogni ulteriore vittoria contro questi malvagi terroristi, ci porta sempre più vicino al ristabilimento dell'ordine e della giustizia. Inoltre, siamo sempre più vicini dallo scoprire chi sono stati gli assassini del nostro precedente capo casata Gerhard Manfred Stukov. Perciò mi aspetto che combattiate al mio fianco per eradicare quella feccia e sconfiggere il male che affligge la nostra galassia una volta per tutte!

L'IMPERATRICE NON SI INCHINERÀ DI FRONTE AL MALE
(Report dell'Arconte Stukov: Resoconto e riassunto della situazione correlata a La Battaglia di Summerland)

Io, il consigliere Dietrich, altri nostri compagni Imperiali, e addirittura la stessa principessa Aisling... Tutti noi condividevamo gli stessi dubbi e sospetti al riguardo gli ultimi eventi e le situazioni riguardanti l'Imperatrice Arissa.

Aisling stessa discusse al riguardo le crescenti preoccupazioni per la mancanza di impegni pubblici da parte dell'Imperatrice Arissa Lavigny-Duval negli ultimi mesi, prima che si scoprisse la verità su ciò che le era accaduto realmente.

In un'intervista all'Imperial Herald, la principessa disse che il cancelliere Blaine ci aveva assicurato che l'imperatrice era stata tenuta in isolamento per quasi un anno per proteggerla dall'NMLA. Ma nonostante questo, né io, né Aisling, né gli altri, riuscivamo a spiegarci il perché tutto questo aveva impedito al sovrano dell'Impero di impegnarsi pubblicamente con i suoi cittadini. Dopotutto, anche Hadrian Duval e la sua famiglia furono posti sotto la stessa protezione senatoriale senza scomparire del tutto.

Pensavamo che l'imperatrice aveva comunicato con il Senato su varie questioni durante il periodo della sua assenza. I canali governativi sono considerati generalmente affidabili grazie ai protocolli di verifica dell'intelligence imperiale. Ma la recente testimonianza del capitano Landau, che collega l'Intelligence Imperiale all'NMLA, ci preoccupò non poco. E i nostri sospetti alla fine si sono dimostrati fondati.

Come potevamo essere sicuri che una violazione delle nostre reti più sicure non sia stata responsabile della localizzazione e dell'omicidio del principe Harold... e di quella del mio caro Zio il Barone Gerhard Manfred Stukov? È da più di un anno che cerco i bastardi che l'hanno ucciso e tutti gli altri responsabili diretti e indiretti della sua morte, e fino ad ora ho giustiziato solo pochi di loro, come l'Agente Federale Liam Hars ed il suo gruppo, che avevano osato anche attaccare gli avamposti della Flotta Stellare.

Sia le mie indagini personali alla ricerca degli assassini di mio zio, sia quelle del capitano Saskia Landau, ci hanno condotti verso la scoperta della rete dark-comms della NMLA e la sua somiglianza con la tecnologia Omega Grid. E dal momento che quest'ultima è esclusivamente sotto il controllo dell'Intelligence imperiale, tutto questo ci suggerì che un individuo o un gruppo all'interno dell'organizzazione lo rendesse disponibile alla NMLA.

Non approvo per niente la mentalità tutta federale del "se non hai nulla da nascondere, non hai nulla da temere, quindi siamo autorizzati a violare la tua privacy e conoscere tutti gli affari tuoi". Ma quando il Senato si è irrigidito alle richieste di aprire un'indagine indipendente su queste prove, questo ci ha dato molto da pensare. Hanno quasi immediatamente chiesto lo scioglimento dell'ACT, accusato il capitano Saskia di essere mitomane e oltraggiosa, e che lei e l'ACT si stavano spingendo troppo oltre la loro sfera di competenza. Ma c'erano certamente abbastanza prove circostanziali per giustificare un'indagine dedicata. Nonostante ciò, il Senato si rifiutava di autorizzarla, con lo stesso atteggiamento di chi stava cercando di nascondere qualcosa.

Anche quel messaggio dell'Imperatrice che il Senato aveva condiviso al pubblico nel 26/01/3308 non era molto convincente. Subito dopo aver rassicurato i cittadini imperiali, l'Imperatrice, senza alcun pretesto alcuno fece delle dichiarazioni che sembravano assolvere totalmente l'intelligence imperiale e il senato dalle accuse che la collegavano all'NMLA. C'erano troppe cose che non quadravano in quel discorso, ma in quel momento lo prendemmo per buono, con il beneficio del dubbio.

Ma ancora una volta, la Principessa Aisling si dimostrò non convinta dalla situazione, tant'è vero che fece questa dichiarazione con un tono di avvertimento:
"Arissa ha comunicato con il Senato allo stesso modo per mesi, quindi questo non cambia nulla. Solo un'apparizione pubblica allevierà le mie preoccupazioni riguardo al suo benessere. Sarei lieto di organizzare un evento adatto se lei accetterà il mio invito a partecipare di persona."

L'ACT, fedele allo scopo per cui è stata fondata, ha indagato attivamente sull'Intelligence imperiale, nonostante il Senato gli abbia ordinato di cessare le operazioni. L'ispettore Mara Klatt, uno dei co-leader di ACT, dichiarò con convinzione che elementi all'interno dell'Imperial Intelligence avevano fornito supporto alla NMLA. Una versione modificata del software Omega Grid è stata fornita ai terroristi, consentendo loro di costruire la propria rete di comunicazioni occulte. Grazie alla conoscenza interna del capitano Saskia Landau, abbiamo imparato come rilevare un identificatore univoco associato alla rete impiegata dalla NMLA.

Nonostante sapevano che le loro azioni potevano avere ripercussioni politiche, l'ACT è rimasta dedita allo scopo per cui è stata fondata: trovare e distruggere qualsiasi terrorista, l'NMLA e chiunque l'abbia sostenuta e abbia cooperato con essa.

"Seguire il sentiero ovunque ci porti, ad ogni costo." - diceva spesso Mara Klatt e i suoi collaboratori dell'unità "Affiliazione Contro il Terrorismo" (Affiliated Counter-Terrorism unit).

Alcuni leader civili e militari dell'Impero hanno reagito con indignazione a queste dichiarazioni da parte dell'ACT, tra cui la senatrice Zemina Torval, che disse: "Dobbiamo rischiare la vita dei nostri cittadini lasciando che i nostri servizi di sicurezza siano compromessi? Come potrebbe rispondere l'Alleanza o la Federazione se tentassimo di hackerare l'Interpol o la FIA?"

Tuttavia, una richiesta di cooperazione fu fatta dalla principessa Aisling Duval, che nonostante sia molto più giovane della senatrice Torval, ha dimostrato di essere molto più saggia di quest'ultima. "Se gruppi nefasti all'interno del nostro Impero hanno aiutato la NMLA, dobbiamo scoprire la verità." dichiarò la Principessa. "Credo fermamente che l'Imperatrice stessa rimane in pericolo, e l'ACT potrebbe aiutarci a conoscere il suo destino." aggiunse.

Ho avuto fiducia in lei, nell'ACT, e nei piloti indipendenti che ci hanno aiutato nelle indagini. Ho nutrito massima fiducia in tutti loro fino all'ultimo, e tutti noi uniti insieme in questa lotta contro le menzogne e il terrorismo, abbiamo trovato la verità!

L'imperatrice Arissa Lavigny-Duval è stata trovata viva dopo essere stata segretamente imprigionata dalla società militare privata Darkwater Inc.

L'assenza dell'imperatrice dalla vita pubblica per oltre un anno ha suscitato molte speculazioni. Il Senato aveva affermato che era al sicuro da tentativi di assassinio da parte della NMLA, e che sono rimasti in contatto con lei. Ma la realtà era ben diversa. L'Imperatrice era tenuta prigioniera dai benefattori segreti del NMLA. Questo gruppo di senatori imperiali si riferiva a se stessi come i "Signori della Restaurazione" (Lords of Restoration). Sono stati scoperti solo dopo che l'ACT ha reclutato piloti indipendenti per aiutare a decifrare la rete di comunicazioni oscure dei terroristi.

Il cancelliere Blaine ha ordinato immediatamente alla Guardia Imperiale di combattere contro i soldati Darkwater. Una nave in fuga dal sistema Summerland fu intercettata, a bordo della quale si trovava una capsula criogenica contenente l'imperatrice stessa. È stata rapidamente riportata a Capitol, ed è attualmente sotto la cura del team medico del Palazzo Imperiale.

Successivamente l'IISS ha lanciato un'operazione di sicurezza basata sulle informazioni dell'ACT. Tramite questa operazione, abbiamo scoperto che gruppi all'interno del Senato, Darkwater e l'Imperial Intelligence formavano una cospirazione di lunga data per finanziare e potenziare la NMLA. I senatori Alberto Gereon, Karl Nerva, Ursula Torquatus e molti altri sono stati arrestati.

I senatori Gereon, Jourdain, Nerva, Scordato e Torquatus erano al centro di una potente cospirazione per rimuovere definitivamente la carica di "imperatore". Si fanno chiamare i Signori della Restaurazione (Lords of Restoration), sulla base del loro obiettivo di ripristinare il potere esecutivo al Senato.

I membri e i sostenitori dell'NMLA divennero i loro agenti terroristici, armati per assassinare i Duval e chiunque ostacolasse i piani dei Signori. I suoi membri furono militarizzati nei campi di addestramento di Darkwater e forniti di sofisticate attrezzature da agenti corrotti dell'intelligence imperiale. Ma i Signori non riuscirono mai a controllare completamente la polena terrorista Theta Seven ed altri gruppi ad essi associati (tra cui quelli che vennero protetti dal Presidente Ombra Felicia Winters, venendo accolti nei suoi territori Federali), i cui attacchi contro gli starport non imperiali non facevano parte del loro piano originale.

Il marlinismo fu anche sfruttato come leva politica. La speranza era che, rispetto a questa ideologia democratica, i cittadini avrebbero visto un Impero guidato da un senatore come un compromesso moderato una volta che la famiglia imperiale era stata eradicata. Mentre questo portò alla creazione delle Colonie Marliniste, i tentativi successivi dei Signori di influenzare quei sistemi tramite politici fantoccio, non ebbero successo.

In seguito all'assassinio del principe Harold e di altri Duval, i Signori hanno rapito l'imperatrice Arissa Lavigny-Duval nel gennaio del 3307. È stata rapita mentre costei era in viaggio verso un luogo sicuro, con il senatore Nerva che falsificò la conferma del suo arrivo. Questo permise ai Signori di progettare le comunicazioni con il Senato tramite un doppelganger virtuale, che furono accettati come autentici dal momento che furono verificati dagli agenti dell'intelligence imperiale.

Ma ora, L'imperatrice Arissa è al sicuro, viva e vegeta, ed ha partecipato ad una cerimonia pubblica dopo che è stata salvata dal suo rapimento e si è ripresa dal conseguenziale tumulto.

Il suo discorso da Trasken Square, davanti a milioni di cittadini del Campidoglio e fiancheggiata da legioni della Guardia Imperiale e membri d'Elite del Casato Stukov, è stata trasmessa attraverso tutti i canali.

Oggi, Giovedì 17 febbraio 3308, la fazione Darkwater è stata ufficialmente dichiarata un obiettivo militare ostile per i suoi crimini contro l'impero, tra cui quello di aver rapito l'imperatrice. L'ordine ufficiale di colpire Darkwater è stato dato direttamente dall'imperatrice Arissa. Anche questa volta, il Casato Stukov non si tirerà indietro. Così come l'Imperatrice, nemmeno il Casato Stukov si inchinerà mai de in antea al male. Combatteremo, uniti, contro coloro che minacciano la pace e la giustizia.

Warriors of the Imperial House of Stukov! The "Darkwater Inc" faction in the Summerland system has been declared as enemy target for its crimes against the empire.. including the kidnapping of Emperor Arissa Lavigny-Duval.

The private military firm, led by Colonel Ronan Brock, was secretly hired by the Lords of Restoration to train and equip the NMLA. Darkwater troops also kept the Emperor imprisoned in a concealed bunker for over a year.

Once their involvement was discovered, Darkwater’s forces regrouped around the megaship Pearl Mandate. Colonel Brock led an attempt to gain control of Summerland as a defensive measure but was unsuccessful. The mercenaries have now been branded as wanted criminals by the system authorities.

You have orders to execute and destroy any ship, agent, merchant, mercenary... any person and/or property belonging to the enemy and/or sides with it. The order to strike against Darkwater came directly from Emperor Arissa:

“I call upon my loyal servants and all other warriors of honour to wipe out this nest of traitors. We remember the innocent victims of the NMLA by punishing those who enabled them.”

The Imperial faction that will coordinate the attacks against the Darkwater Forces in the system, will be the Summerland Patron’s Party, which will coordinate the attacks, provide weapons, ships, combat equipment, support troops for both space and ground conflict zones, and the possibility to use the Henry O'Hare’s Hangar Starport as a HQ where to organize for the various operations against the Darkwater.

The fleet carrier Koramund Imperia will remain in the nearby system of CD-40 395, and will remain there until further notice.

Every further victory against these evil terrorists brings us ever closer to the re-establish order and justice. In addition, we are ever closer to finding out who the assassins of our former head Gerhard Manfred Stukov were. So I expect you to fight by my side to eradicate that scum and defeat the evil that plagues our galaxy once and for all!

For those who have just returned from remote missions, I enclose the details and the summary of what happened in this document:

THE IMPERATRIX WILL NOT BOW DOWN IN THE FACE OF EVIL
(Report and summary of the situation related to The Battle of Summerland by Imperial Archon Aleksej Stukov)

I, Councilman Dietrich, some of our Imperials fellow, and even the Princess Aisling herself... We all shared the same doubts and suspicions about the latest events and situations regarding Emperor Arissa.

Aisling herself discussed the growing concern over the lack of public engagement on the part of Emperor Arissa Lavigny-Duval in recent months, before the truth about what had really happened to her was discovered.

In an interview with the Imperial Herald, the Princess said that Chancellor Blaine had assured us that the Emperor had been held in solitary confinement for almost a year to protect her from the NMLA. But despite this, neither I, nor Aisling, nor the others, could explain to us why all this had prevented the ruler of the Empire from engaging publicly with his citizens. After all, Hadrian Duval and his family were also placed under the same senatorial protection without disappearing altogether.

We thought the Emperor had communicated with the Senate on various matters during her absence. Government channels are generally considered reliable due to imperial intelligence verification protocols. But the recent testimony of Captain Landau, linking Imperial Intelligence to the NMLA, worried us greatly. And our suspicions finally turned out to be true.

How could we be sure that a breach of our most secure networks was not responsible for the location and murder of Prince Harold and the murder of my dear Uncle Baron Gerhard Manfred Stukov?  I’ve been looking for the bastards who killed him and all the other direct and indirect perpetrators of his death for over a year, and so far, I’ve executed just a few of them, like the Federal Agent Liam Hars and his group.. They also dared to attack Starfleet (Flotta Stellare) outposts.

My own investigations about the people who murdered my uncle and the investigations of Captain Saskia Landau, have led us towards the discovery of NMLA’s dark-comms network and its resemblance to Omega Grid technology. And Since this is exclusively under Imperial Intelligence’s control, it suggests that an individual or group within the organisation was making it available to the NMLA.

I do not approve the federal forma mentis of "if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear, then we are allowed to violate your privacy". But when the Senate rigidly opposed to the requests of the ACT to open an independent investigation into the evidence collected by the latter, we were became suspicious about the Senate. They almost immediately demanded the dismantle of ACT, accused Captain Saskia of being mythomaniac and outrageous, and that she and the ACT were going too far beyond their sphere of competence. But there was certainly enough circumstantial evidence to justify a dedicated investigation. Despite this, the Senate refused to authorize it, with the same attitude as those who were trying to hide something.

Even that message of the Emperor that the Senate had shared with the public in 26/01/3308 was not very convincing. Immediately after reassuring the imperial citizens, the Emperor, without any pretext, made statements that seemed to absolve the imperial intelligence and the senate from the accusations that linked them to the NMLA. There were too many things wrong with that speech, but at that moment we considered it reliable, with the benefit of the doubt.

But once again, Princess Aisling proved unconvinced by the situation, so much so that she made this statement with a warning tone:
“Arissa has communicated with the Senate in the same manner for months, so this changes nothing. Only a public appearance will alleviate my concerns regarding her wellbeing. I would be delighted to host a suitable event if she will accept my invitation to attend in person.”

The ACT, loyal to its purpose, actively investigated on Imperial Intelligence, although the Senate ordered it to cease the investigations. Inspector Mara Klatt, one of the co-leaders of ACT, stated with conviction that elements within Imperial Intelligence had provided support to the NMLA. A modified version of the Omega Grid software was provided to the terrorists, allowing them to build their own occult communications network. Thanks to the internal knowledge of Captain Saskia Landau, we learned how to detect a unique identifier associated with the network used by the NMLA.

Although they knew that their actions could have political repercussions, the ACT remained dedicated to the purpose for which it was founded: to find and destroy any terrorist, the NMLA and anyone who supported and cooperated with it.

"We must follow the trail wherever it leads.” Often said Mara Klatt and her collaborators of the Affiliated Counter-Terrorism unit.

Some civil and military leaders in the Empire reacted with outrage to these statements by the ACT, including Senator Zemina Torval, who said: “Are we expected to risk our citizens’ lives by letting our security services be compromised? How might the Alliance or Federation respond if we attempted to hack into Interpol or the FIA?”

However, a plea for cooperation was made by Princess Aisling Duval, who despite being much younger than Senator Torval, has proven to be much wiser than her: “If nefarious groups within our Empire have helped the NMLA, we must uncover the truth. I firmly believe that the Emperor herself remains in danger, and ACT might help us to learn her fate.”

I trusted the Princess, I trusted the ACT, and I trusted the independent pilots who helped us with the investigation. I have had every confidence in all of them, and all of us together in this fight against lies and terrorism, we have found the truth!

Emperor Arissa Lavigny-Duval has been found alive after being secretly imprisoned by the private military firm Darkwater Inc.

The Emperor' absence from public life for over a year has aroused much speculation. The Senate had stated that she was safe from assassination attempts by the NMLA, and that they remained in contact with her. But the reality was quite different. The Emperor was held captive by the secret benefactors of the NMLA. This group of imperial senators referred to themselves as the "Lords of Restoration". They were discovered only after the ACT recruited independent pilots to help decipher the terrorists' dark communications network.

Chancellor Blaine immediately ordered the Imperial Guard into battle against Darkwater soldiers. A ship fleeing from the Summerland system was intercepted, aboard which was a cryogenic pod containing the Emperor herself. She was swiftly returned to Capitol, and is currently under the care of the Imperial Palace medical team.

Subsequently, the IISS launched a security operation based on ACT information. Through this operation, we discovered that groups within the Senate, Darkwater and Imperial Intelligence formed a long-standing conspiracy to fund and empower the NMLA. Senators Alberto Gereon, Karl Nerva, Ursula Torquatus and many others were arrested.

Senators Gereon, Jourdain, Nerva, Scordato and Torquatus were at the heart of a powerful conspiracy to permanently remove the position of Emperor. They called themselves the Lords of Restoration, based on their aim to restore executive power to the Senate.

The members and supporters of the NMLA became their terrorist agents, armed to assassinate the Duval and anyone who thwarted the Lords' plans. Its members were militarized in Darkwater training camps and provided with sophisticated equipment by corrupt imperial intelligence agents. But the Lords could never fully control the terrorist figurehead Theta Seven and other groups associated with them (including those who were protected by Shadow President Felicia Winters, being welcomed into her Federal territories), whose attacks against the non imperial starports were not part of their original plan.

Marlinism was also used as a political lever. The hope was that, compared to this democratic ideology, citizens would see an Empire led by a senator as a moderate compromise once the imperial family had been eradicated. While this led to the creation of the Marlinist Colonies, the Lords' subsequent attempts to influence those systems through puppet politicians were unsuccessful.

Following the assassination of Prince Harold and other Duvals, the Lords kidnapped Emperor Arissa Lavigny-Duval in January 3307. She was abducted while she was en route to a safe place, with Senator Nerva falsifying confirmation of her safe arrival. This allowed the Lords to design communications with the Senate via a virtual doppelganger, which were accepted as authentic since they were verified by Imperial intelligence agents.

But now, Emperor Arissa is safe, alive and well, and has taken part in a public ceremony after she was rescued from her abduction and recovered from the ensuing turmoil.

Her proclamation from Trasken Square, standing before millions of Capitol’s citizens and flanked by legions of Imperial Guard and Elite members of House Stukov, was broadcast across all channels:

“To those who protected the Empire during my enforced absence, I offer my deepest gratitude. My trusted chancellor, senators and security agencies are to be commended.”

“To those who dared to attack Imperial citizens, who dared to impersonate me and mislead my people…who took the lives of my family. Know this: there will be no place to hide from my wrath.”

“And to all citizens who may fear these uncertain times, I vow that your Emperor will lead you into the glorious future that is ours by right.”

Today, February 17, 3308, Emperor Arissa officially declared Darkwater faction a hostile military target for its role in abducting her. We were instructed directly by the emperor to fight against Darkwater Inc, and defeat them and their collaborators. Once again, the "House Stukov" will not back down. Like the Emperor, not even the House Stukov will bow down in the face of evil. We will fight together against those who threaten peace and justice.
