Expedition III: Enterprise Commanders Log 5

We have continued jumping extensively, trying to make minimal stops just for fuel. There are so many interesting sights that I would love to explore however these scientists are eager to get to their destination. I understand, they are paying me after all, but still, I didn't know it would be like this. When I saw the contracts I was thinking of adventure and finding new things, not being pushed into a time crunch. Whats worse is the thought that If I want to see these sights I'm gonna have to make the long journey out here again. Next time it will definitely be by myself and a handful of select crew members with the same desire to explore. We are still over 3100LY away from our next destination. At this pace I fear that I wont be able to complete the contract, which would mean this would all have been for nothing. There are still 2 weeks left for my contracts, so we will have to travel diligently.
Currently we are over 8,000LY from where we began on this journey. It's hard to believe we've come that far. The ship is doing well but she's definitely showing signs of wear and tear. Much of the paint has been worn off from all the close encounters with star refueling, and many internal modules are in rough shape. She's a tough ship, I'll give her that. but we aren't even half way through our journey yet.
We currently are in the NYEAJAAE PO-Q E5-28 system on planet A 3 D. It is a ring moon around a ringed brown dwarf. And even better its orbiting a giant blue white Class B star. These are some of my favorite stars in the entire galaxy. We plan on resting here for some time before continuing on our way.
