Welcome to the Phoenix Federation.  An independent squadron formed from the ashes of stardust and ready to expand into the galaxy.  We are dedicated to respect, teamwork, and persevering through the fire to come out stronger than before.  

We are the official squadron associated with the Resolute Gaming Community; a non-profit online multi-gaming community that has fun and friendliness at its core.

No Tiered Rank Structure
Our squadron runs as an evenly ranked organization.  While we do have officers for moderation and administration, we do not have a tiered ranking system.  All members voices hold equal weight when it comes to suggestions and opinions.  When practical all major decision will be brought before the squadron membership for a vote.
