Finally the comms log is back online. It's been 2 days since our last log due to having systematic malfunctions all over the ships computers. In that time we have manage to jump to our 3rd scientific location: Eoch Flyuae HA-W B32-41. There we found another spectacular ringed wonder. A beautiful ringed earth-like world sitting as the first planet from the systems star. A diamond in the rough, needle in a haystack, a definite rare site to see. Jumping all this way out here, it's amazing how rare something can be in the vastness of space. All this exploration and it still seems that humanity still doesn't understand how precious an earth-like world is, as we continue to destroy our very own...
But I digress, we have approximately 1 week left to return back to inhabited space and I still have 2 destinations to go. We have decided to try and get one more destination in before sprinting back to the bubble. Our next destination is BLAE EAEC PM-W E1-205, and is just over 7,000LY away. If we move with haste we should be able to get one more contract finished, however I know the other group of scientists wont be happy to hear that. Guess I'll have to take a reputation hit, but better than losing all my contracts, or having them try and steel my escape pods.
As far as the ship is concerned, well she is still hanging in there. So far we have only had one FSD malfunction that dropped us out of cruise. She is currently at 82% hull, which you wouldn't guess with the paint job, or lack there of I should say. This baby is due for a long rest when we get back, and so am I. I am still upset at all the wonders I've had to pass up because of this time constraint. With the money I earn, I plan on investing in another Asp Explorer, and setting out the right way. For now we will rest on a barren planet in the EOCH FLYUAE WO-E C13-122 system, planet 1.
