Festive Fun!

Back at AY Indi. Home. Well, real home was a shuttle away, good old Ehecayl, and it was good to see the folks. They dug up some old Insight device from some ancestor, back from Earth, called a suface or something, belonging to some ancestor of ours, and let me have a go tinkering with it. After some fun with power adaptors, I managed to get it working. Interesting thing, totally independent of GalNet and any other systems, all by itself.I found a program on it, called Dwarf Fortress. Its some sort of simulation of ancient history? Well, what might have been what the thought history was from olden days. Dwarves, elves, et cetera. Very detailed, I've managed to spend about 20 hours on it, whoops! Now I'm focusing on moving it onto the ShipOS in Star Seer for a bit of entertainment out in the Black. Should be fun. And it's nice to wonder what that ancestor of mine would have thought of their device eventually being brought out among the stars, and used 53ly from their home. I bet they'd be blown away!
Anyway. Dad also found a book with the device - The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. I'll give that a read tonight, probably some kids story to eat their dinner or something.
