A VIRGIN BLACK HOLE AT LAST & A POSSIBLE WOLF RAYET?!Hi Cmdrs,
A strange thing happened today, I’ve had a notification from EDSM that I’ve found a Black Hole, but, ironically, I can’t see it! I’ve trawled back through my Codex logs and checked out several systems but I cannot find which one it was in. Anyway I got this badge!
Flushed with this success I decided to check the sector out I was currently in. I found about 50 possible Wolf Rayet systems and set off searching them.
The second one, at first, seemed to be a good candidate but when I checked the System Map it had in fact been found already, so I carried on. At the fourth system it appeared to be totally virgin, there was no name on the star so I made sure I scanned it, checked it was a Wolf Rayet and shot off back to the Carrier as fast as I could to get it handed in.
After 17 jumps back I did in fact hand it in. During the FIRST FOUND part of the handing in sequence it actually said that the system was a first find. I went into the Galaxy Map on went to the systems planetary layout tab and sure enough it said that the main star was first found by PAUSANIAS. I can’t do any more now other than to wait for EDSM to confirm it.
If all goes to plan this is my Wolf Rayet, Dryio Blou AA-A H9 . . .
Unlike the chap I mentioned the other day I stopped looking once I found what I was looking for!
I also handed in 17,500,000 credits in scan data too.
I’ve moved The Carl Sagan a couple of times more after all this excitement and we are now about 7,800 light years from Colonia.
I’m going to head for an Administration System as I need to switch my Shipyard on and the Redemption Office, two things that I realised whilst out here I could have done with, every now and again at least.
