Over the past few weeks, Spearhead Charter has been engaged in efforts to expand its control over The Vestige to HR 4062, the control system of Valkaryan. Building strength and consolidating control in HIP 59879, Spearhead Charter forces led by the Royal Guard have been running sorties into HR 4062 with support from Spearhead Charter Intelligence, preparing the system for a rapid insertion of Spearhead Charter troops and government.
During these operations, several incidents of vanishing Spearhead Charter pilots were reported to Spearhead Charter Intelligence. Investigations have since revealed the presence of Xeria's Wrath agents in HR 4062, capturing and illegally detaining our noble pilots.
The Spearhead Charter Royal Guard has been deployed to the system with full authorisation to search for these captive pilots and return them to safety. Xeria's Wrath appear to have infiltrated Future of Udegoci, a faction allied to Spearhead Charter, exploiting the chaos as Future of Udegoci prepares to leave the system as agreed through diplomacy with Spearhead Charter. In addition to the capture of Spearhead Charter pilots, the crime syndicate has also been found to be stealing Future of Udegoci assets marked for extraction from HR 4062. The High Lord herself has authorised assaults on FoU civilian facilities in order to rescue our captured pilots before Xeria's Wrath can extract them to systems unknown.
As Future of Udegoci are now focused on rapidly vetting their staff on extraction from HR 4062, with several reported incidents of conflict between imposters from Xeria's Wrath and innocent Future of Udegoci staff already reported, their automatic crime reporting systems are unable to distinguish Xeria's Wrath personnel from their own. Citizens of The Vestige and of Future of Udegoci can rest assured that Spearhead Charter Intelligence is identifying and verifying all SCRG assassination targets in HR 4062, and all bounties levelled against the SCRG by Future of Udegoci are an unpreventable administrative artefact which will be remedied in coming weeks as Future of Udegoci focus on an investigation into further Xeria's Wrath imposters within their ranks.

With the Thargoid threat mere light-years from our home systems, the treachery of Xeria's Wrath cannot be tolerated. Spearhead Charter is working to ensure that the innocent civilians working for Future of Udegoci are safely extracted from HR 4062, and that the loyal pilots illegally captured by these criminals are returned home safely. I am working closely alongside Captain Ben Myers of the SCRG, the Lord Alexandria, to ensure our forces are successful in this endeavour.
On behalf of Spearhead Charter I thank Future of Udegoci for their long watch over HR 4062, and promise that the Royal Guard will fight for their safe withdrawal amidst the violence of the Xeria's Wrath syndicate's latest grab for power. On completion of our operations all Future of Udegoci assets reclaimed from Xeria's Wrath will of course be returned to Future of Udegoci without delay."
