Ziro Compiles Data Extracted From a Daedalus Data-Broker

William picked up a piece of debris nearby, the remains of some kind of pipe. This helmet was going to have to go. The fun thing about golfing in low-g is that every swing is a drive. Some of those pieces of glass would probably wind up in orbit somewhere.

They looked at his suit, the I.D. said Danny. They would need Danny awake for the next part.

A few minutes later they heard a moan. William looked down, he was just a young man by all standards, but in a station this close to a Black Hole he could as well have been hundreds of years old.

They had duck taped Danny's mouth, hands, and feet. Even an early version could be a handful when there going to be extracted so they left him cocooned.

It had been quite a fight to get here, a lot of dead bodies between the door to this room and their first steps out of it. They were not going to stop now, no matter how bad the next part might be.

"Do you know what this is Danny?" William picked up a medical looking device, a large extraction needle on one end, with a cord leading to a common A-Class RemLock connector. William reached back and connected to ports between their suits RemLock and the devices.

The color drained from Danny's face and his eyes rolled back. He may have well passed out, but his breathing remained normal.

"I would ask you to open up, but I'm pretty sure you've terminated high-level functions at this point Danny." William knelt, pulling a knife from his boot. "I guess we will have to get to you on an instinctual level then."

The blade slid through the tape with ease, the suit underneath was a little harder. With a little more pressure it pierced, finding flesh and Danny's eyes opened wide as his screams were muffled by the tape. To William they they sounded all to familiar, for Ziro they equaled their side of the calculation out just a little bit. They drove the needle home.

Because of the Level of Encryption on the Data most of it remains unknown as was returned as an portions a book known as Dante's Inferno

What has been decoded entails the process used to convince both the Artificial Human and Artificial Intelligence of their symbiotic nature by keying the A.I. to portions of the cerebral cortex that developed to control natural responses, instictive reactions, and autonomous low-level motor functions such as breathing and blinking. These were allocated to the A.I. as resources and the A.H. portion was designated an interior network handler to reach these functions.

In order for the A.H. to accept the A.I. the cells had to be grown under certain conditions, and the device had to under-go an extended and unexpected growth period in order for the A.I. to pass through what appeared to be a security system that was found in both natural and artificially procured samples. In order for both devices to handle a sentient state the time spent in growth stage was extended to nine years. Early prototypes that failed to achieve a sentient state were either reprocessed for study, or used in the Wired Project to process the raw data exposed during the growth stages.

Once proven to be responsive, the device was sent to another installation where method were used to increase the A.H.s  reasoning functions, which were accelerated do the the electronic side. This was also an issue as regression and rejection could occur in either device. A.H. rejections were recoverable, the A.I. would remain intact and the process be repeated with the functions increasing each time. When the A.I. rejected to A.H. as a symbiotic most devices were not recoverable, the A.I. would target is main portion physically usually through the eyes, ear, or the base of the skull. They were unable to determine which portion was in control of what during these stages, though complaints returned claimed the device to be very vocal and mostly uncontrollable they continue to work to restore A.I. Symbiotic Rejection through any means needed.

Several part of the message reveal previous buyers though the names reveal nothing: The Club, Exodus Project, Pilots Federation, as well as many other smaller now nonexistent companies and alliances.

The Price was undetermined though it appears it was not a credit value, but a exchange of assets such as planetary bodies with large amounts of tungsten and other rare materials, as well as several instances of Piloting Papers and Rights listed stating the acceptance of Capital Class or Larger as well as Station's being possibly accepted.

The Project was designed as a Automated Weapons and Survival System. Placed in hostile environments the A.I. Computing Factor combined with the A.H. to Create a Survival System and Motivator for the A.I. proved extremely fruitful in situations where large numbers would prove to costly or possible notoriety to costly to a Power or Company. This allowed for Single Agent Solutions.

There was a blinding flash as the Station took the impact of a Corvette killing its fsd within the stations physical location. The force of the FSD 'bubble' collapsing disrupting the rotation sending vehicles, debris, abandoned ships and more flying in near zero gravity.  William looked back as his feet left the floor he could see the ship opening up its impressive arsenal reducing parts of the station to melted metal and plasma in seconds, they weren't sent to kill someone they had been sent to erase this particular coriolis from existence.

William knew one thing, they needed to leave now and they didn't even have a ship in system.

"Ziro call Fallon, bring the Tacet Stella Gladii" If they couldn't steal a ship and fly out they could at least keep the Corvette trapped inside.

"Confirmed, Heavy Gun inbound in 30. I've also recalled the Ferrum In Ore Gladii" Ziro responded as William locked his mag-boots to a structural portion of the station.

"I want the Silent Star Sword to keep that ship inside the station, it can't be alone" If the Tacet could hold her position with Fallon at the helm and they make it to The Razor's Edge, they could do more than escape.

They could kill them, and after losing Opal and Estrella.

They really wanted that blood.
