In times like this The Outlaws arose, a Council of Pilots gathered from around the galaxy, operating under a different moral code. One that rebukes the corrupt laws and distances itself from the crimes of the pirates.
We do as we see fit, each pilot an independent but still an Elite Outlaw. Rarely involved with the flow of the powers in play, unless the credits are good, or the cause important enough,
