The Journey Begins

I'm on my way towards Cygnus X-1. The first black hole detected by humanity in 1964. After this, I will officially start my goal of hunting black holes around the galaxy. I also will document the worlds I find interesting along the way, and whatever they contain.
Right now, I'm orbiting a water planet. I sent probes last night before I went to sleep. The data shows only basic chemicals mostly, silicates and little trace of carbon compounds too simple to signify aquatic microbial life. It turns out the main star is only 352 million years old.
I'll be off the next system then. I just needed a visual inspection on the black box I recovered several jumps before. It was weird finding a wrecked ship 1200 light years from the bubble.
