About Deep Recon X:
Deep Recon X (DRX) is a fun, friendly, and dedicated Wing of Commanders committed to exploring the farthest reaches of the galaxy and solving all the secrets & mysteries in Elite: Dangerous. While our main focus is reconnaissance & intelligence gathering, we welcome all gaming styles, including lone wolves. Our Wing holds many events/missions that are not necessarily exploration related such as CQC Nights and SRV Racing. A good number of our Commanders are also traders helping to fund DRX, while others are bounty hunters dedicated to protecting those very same traders and explorers.
While we hold one of the largest Wings on Xbox, we welcome Commanders from all platforms (PC/Mac, Xbox, and PlayStation). We communicate via our cross-platform Discord Server so no Commander is ever truly alone in the "Black".

Q: Where do you operate from?
A: Our homebase is Asimov Dock in the Omicron Ursae Majoris (OUM) System where we have a Frontier Development approved Player Based Minor Faction called Deep Recon X. Commanders can help to expand our player based faction into other systems. Most of the time, however, a lot of Commanders make their home in the cold, dark, far reaches of space.
Q: What are the benefits of joining?
A: You'll have access to a network of Commanders with extensive knowledge of the games mechanics, ship-builds, and many of its secrets. You'll be able to collaborate in missions through our INARA Wing Page as well as find other Commanders to wing up with in-game through our Discord Server. We're really an all-around laid-back crew that enjoys some friendly banter and humorous times.
Q: Do I have to make any difficult commitments?
A: None at all. We will not harras or shackle you to any specific style of gameplay. We consider our Wing independent, but you are more than welcome to align yourself with any major factions or even pledge allegiance to any of the leaders in Powerplay. Even if you're one of our independent lone wolves, you'll still have a team to assist you if needed.
