Close Encounters Corps (СЕС) - экстерриториальная военизированная специальная научно-исследовательская структура, одна из крупнейших организаций независимых пилотов, главный независимый новостной ресурс русскоязычного сегмента с еженедельной периодикой, занимаемся поддержкой русскоязычной Wiki, INARA и главной группы во ВКонтакте, организаторы кластера Коалиции русскоязычных союзных фракций, Организации Пакта о коллективной самообороне и администраторы Центра Координации Противотаргоидских Операций (ЦКПО).
Точная дата основания Верховного Совета и истинные причины запуска проекта Close Encounters Corps неизвестна, но, похоже, что он был запущен задолго до первого контакта с Таргоидами, как результат деятельности более ранней исследовательской группы, членами которой были ведущие ученые и офицеры ряда сверхдержав.
Организация заинтересована в исследовании инопланетных технологий, разработке методов сдерживания и анализе инопланетной активности. Активно занимается имплементацией и контролем проектов по совершенствованию человечества, активно ассимилирует в свои системы проверенные инопланетные технологии и осуществляет целую плеяду засекреченных проектов.
Проект Close Encounters Corps придерживается принципов нулевой первичной агрессии, полной независимости от внешних сил, взаимопомощи союзным структурам и уважительного отношения к соседям.
В нашу фракцию принимаются пилоты не состоящие в других объединениях в качестве пилотов этих объединений и никак не связанные с ними, категорически не являющиеся дубликатами других аккаунтов, желательно, имеющие суммарный налет не менее 250 часов игрового времени, понимающие основные принципы игры и общения, готовые быть активными участниками сообщества и согласные со всеми требованиями, предъявляемыми к участникам (см. #rules_and_regulations).
Основное общение происходит в чате, голос реже, в силу чрезвычайно разнообразной географии участников и различной степени занятости.
Наша организация не заинтересована в PowerPlay и PvP-составляющей, мы не идем на контакт с гриферами, ганкерами и прочими преступниками, предпочитаем игнорировать их существование и развиваться по тому пути, какой избрали сами. Режим игры любой - на усмотрение конкретного пилота.

За составление информационных сводок и новостей отвечает AntonyVern/Automatic system. За порядок и выполнение оперативных задач отвечают Victorians и DrofaVV. Базы данных системы "Гехирн" - KAZAK0V, Osmium. Плановые репрессии на Greyson Fox. Оформление групп и каналов сообщества: AntonyVern, BurningScull, Baradetsky.
В качестве поддержания верной атмосферы, нашими штатными пилотами VektoRVS (Вадим Ситпанов) и KaptainSilver (Владимир Конев) были написаны небольшие рассказы о жизни командиров организации и экспедициях.

Close Encounters Corps (CEC) is a paramilitary special research structure, one of the largest organizations of independent pilots, the main independent news resource of the Russian-language segment with a weekly periodical, engaged in support of the Russian-language Wiki, INARA and the main group in VKontakte, the organizers of the Coalition of Allied Factions cluster, the Covenant on Collective Self-Defense organization, and the administrators of the Anti-Targoid Coordination Center (AOCC).
The exact date the Supreme Council was founded and the true reasons for launching the Close Encounters Corps project are unknown, but it seems that it was launched long before the first contact with the Thargoids, as a result of an earlier research group whose members were leading scientists and officers of several superpowers.
The organization is interested in researching alien technology, developing methods of deterrence and analyzing alien activity. It actively implements and controls projects to improve humanity, actively assimilates proven alien technology into its systems and carries out a whole galaxy of classified projects.
The Close Encounters Corps project adheres to the principles of zero primary aggression, complete independence from outside forces, mutual assistance to allied structures, and respect for neighbors.
Into our faction are accepted pilots not consisting in other alliances as pilots of these alliances and not connected with them in any way, categorically not being duplicates of other accounts, preferably having a total flight time not less than 250 hours, understanding basic principles of the game and communication, ready to be active participants of the community and agree with all requirements to the participants (see #rules_and_regulations).
The main communication takes place in chat, voice less often, due to the extremely diverse geography of participants and varying degrees of employment.
Our organization is not interested in PowerPlay and PvP-components, we do not go to contact with griefers, gankers and other criminals, we prefer to ignore their existence and develop along the path, which chose themselves. Any mode of play - at the discretion of the individual pilot.
