The Crimson Fortune Mercenary Fleet was founded to create and maintain an active community of commanders in Elite Dangerous: Odyssey.  A community that is not tied to any single Commander or game mechanic.  The leadership of this organization is based upon activity in game and can and will be changed as player availability changes.

A squadron whose ranks and leadership roles are based on your in-game activity.

	Recruit	• Join the discord server. • Agree to the Squadron Code of Conduct.	• Be active on discord and in-game. • Get to know the squadron and its members.
	Mercenary Commander (mCMDR)	• Join the in-game squadron. • Join the INARA squadron • Send in-game friends requests to the squadron commander and the commanders above them in the chain of command (i.e. – their Carrier Commander or Wing Commander).	• Participate in a minimum of (1) one Wing-up per month.
	Wing Commander (wCMDR)	• Recruit (1) one to (3) pilots to fly under their command. • Find a carrier in the fleet willing to host their squadron.	• Will conduct at a minimum (1) one Wing-up per month for the pilots in their wing. • Participate in a minimum of (1) one Wing-up per month. (This may be the one they conduct.) • Will accept/send in-game friends requests with the pilots of their wing. • Will monitor the pilots of their wing for inactivity. • Will participate in Commanders Council Meetings.
	Carrier Commander (cCMDR)	• Must own a fleet carrier in-game. • Must command a wing of pilots in the squadron or recruit a wing of pilots to fly from their carrier.	• Will conduct at a minimum (1) one Wing-up per month for the pilots in their wing. • Participate in a minimum of (1) one Wing-up per month. (This may be the one they conduct.) • Will accept/send in-game friends requests with the pilots of their carrier. • Will monitor the pilots of their carrier for inactivity. • Will participate in Commanders Council Meetings.

	Former Squadron Commander (fsCMDR)	• Must own a fleet carrier in-game. • Must command a wing of pilots in the squadron or recruit a wing of pilots to fly from their carrier. • Must have held the position of Squadron Commander.	• Will conduct at a minimum (1) one Wing-up per month for the pilots in their wing. • Participate in a minimum of (1) one Wing-up per month. (This may be the one they conduct.) • Will accept/send in-game friends requests with the pilots of their carrier. • Will monitor the pilots of their carrier for inactivity.
