It is these values that this squadron is based on. This squadron is for those who wish to have a touch of seriousness to the monotonous of the game. While the rules of the squadron are strict, it is still a game being played, which means that real life issues come before anything in game. That being said this squadron is a brotherhood (just the like the real Marine Corps) meaning one is expected to put their best when supporting the Squadron, and know you will be treated like family. Advancement within the Squadron (there is a serious hierarchy) is always available, but is not just "given out" and must be earned as each rank has a level of responsibility within the Squadron itself.
