The RCNV monitors and maintains Imperial systems around Rho Capricorni, Ngbato.
These factions are unusual in that they are pro Yuri Grom and come from Imperial heritage. The peacekeeping Navy and was established late 3307 at a conference between Yuri Grom and local Imperial faction representatives. Imperial interests were headed by Rho Caprocorni Empire League, Liberty Party of Ngbato and the Aristocrats of Yawal in their deisre to ensure all paties' interests can be represented and defended and to avoid potential conflict of interests.
