AMMONIA WORLD & EARTHLIKE!Hi Cmdrs,
I did my usual trick today of sending The Carl Sagan on ahead whilst I went to check out another Black Hole in the Gria Flyuae system but it had already been found, again. I left re-plotting a route back the new position of The Carrier and handed in 4,500,000 credits.
I’ve then swapped to the Asp to carry on the exploration and continued to move The Carrier in the same direction. I’ve checked out two regions ahead of me and there appears to be no further Black Holes or Wolf Rayets in those areas so I can concentrate on travelling in the right direction without distraction.
In one system I came across this colourful Ammonia World which I mapped.
After a few more jumps this Earthlike presented itself. I checked around the dark side as I usually do but there were no lights on, a good indicator that life has not evolved there yet.
Upon reaching The Carl Sagan again I handed in 19,000,000 credits and set off again sending The Carrier on ahead of me. I reached it again handing in 8,500,000 credits.
I’m only about 700 ltyrs from the target system now and Shengar Landar and Clyde Zero are on route to me to help me with the mining I need to do to get The Carrier back. 6000 additional tons should do the trick.
We should all meet there tomorrow so I’m looking forward to that.
