Heart of Gold (Journey to Beagle Point #2)

Tritium traders with a heart of gold, on the "Heart of Gold", with their self-made Vodka out of a Concha plant. I love these little run-ins out here in the Black. Settled for a few days on this fleet carrier in the Arcadian Stream. But first things first. Had some fantastic plant samples on the way through the Norma Expanse, along with a suprising good amount of Earth-like worlds. It paid off to fly a bit "lateral" to all the other more well-trodden routes. I rammed the "Hypatia" onto one high-G planet though. Glad for my repair limpets, you should never leave home without it. The flora is interesting on these desolate rocks, sturdier, more puzzling, yet quite beautiful.
That last one is the Concha Maddie and her nan (?) Kemala used for their Vodka magic. Tritium traders are a peculiar creed, out here in the Black, flitting around and making sure our Fleet Carriers stay afloat. These two here reminded me of Sergei and Olha, who I met back at the "Totoro" in my run to Sag A*. This carrier here, the "Heart of Gold", orbits the Cloomeia black hole (Cloomeia FG-Y E95 A), a blink and you miss it black hole, but with beautiful blue radiation filling the skies. Almost busted my engine but that's what these carriers are for. It's always a relief hitting up on them after days out in the vastness of galactic space.
Oh, and to my surprise I also got another rank awarded after turning in my cartographic data! I do love encountering and mapping new planets and moons, finding new life forms in the darkness amongst the stars. It's good to rest for a bit, but then I gotta dash forward, the northside of the galaxy awaits!
